PO Approval (done by Administration):

1.Before a PO can be finalized and received against, it must first be Approved by Administration.
2.Once Administration has reviewed and processed a PO Approval, the line items will change to the appropriate color indicator.
 
Note that line items in a PO that are pending approval are displayed in Black. Items that have been approved are displayed in Blue,
and Items that have been declined are displayed in Red.
 
Only the approved items will print on the PO for the Vendor and be available from the PO Receiving screen.
